The mythic Nike Air Jordan 1 KO “Knock-Out” was never officially released back when the original Nike Air Jordan 1 was first released. Rumor has it that there are less than 5000 pairs available worldwide. Featuring a modified silhouette of the regular Nike Air Jordan 1, the AJKO features a white and red canvas upper with a black leather swoosh. The Jordan Wings logo featuring “AJKO” is also featured on the lateral ankle strap. The mid and outsoles are yellowed giving them a vintage look. This Air Max 1 from Patta commemorates the 5 year anniversay of the sneaker boutique and Nike’s collaborative efforts. Mixing photojournalism with studio photography, Olaf emerged in the international art scene in 1988 when his series 'Chessmen' was awarded the first prize in the Young European Photographer competition. Since then Olaf has continued to explore issues of gender, sensuality, humor, despair and grace in each successive series. Printing his early work in documentary style black-and-white, he first gradually introduced color and then digital manipulation. There is great contrast between each series. Mature (1999): golden-hued portraits of elderly women in the poses of kittenish supermodels; Fashion Victims (2000): a lewd commentary on the consumerism of sex and designer labels; Royal Blood (2000): minimalist white-on-white portraits, depicting the vengeful nature of members of the aristocracy who have suffered unsavory deaths; Paradise (2001): picturing a dark and baroque underworld of gleeful clowning and lunacy; Separation (2003) portraying an ice cold and introverted family in a sterile living room. We present you the new Supreme Fall/Winter 2009 Collection. The New York brand once again does not disappoint. The collection is very complete and offers a wide range of t-shirts, shirts, outerwear, hoodies, sweaters, 5-panel caps, New Era caps and accessories. The outerwear is looking really good this season, with the Barbour inspired waxed cotton jacket, the peacoat and the technical layer jacket being our favorites. The beanie and New Era cap offering is also very strong, yet the accessories stand out more. They present a knife, playing cards and other interesting items. Also they offer again their own footwear style this season, this time a mid suede sneaker. However, he is also interested in phenomena linked to globalisation such as mass tourism, consumerism and so-called leisure. His work is seen as a satirical look at contemporary life which unmasks the grotesque element behind banality.

Hundreds of VIPs, artists, art lovers, and members of Parisian creative scene converged at Galerie Emmanuel Perrotin yesterday evening to celebrate the debut of STAGES - A Global Art Exhibition, an event established by Nike and LIVESTRONG to raise awareness on the battle against cancer. 2 dozen works of art were created by some of the world’s renowned contemporary artists, some of whom also visit the opening festivities last night including Tom Sachs, KAWS, Eric White, DZINE, José Parlá and more. Other one of the kind works also on display from Cai Guo-Qiang, Rosson Crow, Jules De Balincourt, Shepard Fairey, Andreas Gursky, Geoff McFetridge, Yoshitomo Nara, Catherine Opie, Raymond Pettibon, Lari Pittman, Richard Prince, Ed Ruscha, Kenny Scharf, Christopher Wool, and Aaron Young. After its European leg, the exhibition will be on display in the U.S. this Fall.
